In keeping with tradition, V-Rock Festival will be sporting some Western-made VK bands again this year. Making up the 6th round of announcements were “Eurovisual” band DNR, hailing from Italy and an O.A. of Swedish band, Seremedy.

Just in case you hadn’t heard, they’ll be playing alongside Administrator, ALI PROJECT, BORN, BLACK VEIL BRIDES, DaizyStripper, D=OUT, Eins:Vier, girugamesh, Golden Bomber, HERO, LA’ ROYQUE DE ZAVY【5th additional group】, LM.C, lynch., Matenrou Opera, MICHAELMONROE, Mix Speaker’s,Inc., MUCC, Piko, Lolita23Q, SCREW, SOPHIA, SuG, Versailles, vistlip, ViViD and YELLOW FRIED CHICKENz.

Leading up to the Visual music festival, this year to be held in Saitama, DNR’s keyboardist, Seba, is digging his roots into the Japanese scene, participating in DJ events such as Viju Love Night and appearing in the related Viju Love Cafe web-cast-just to name a couple of his ventures. Outside of Japan, the band itself will be opening on tour for Dope Star Inc. in mid September. Follow Seba’s and DNR’s movements on twitter to keep in the loop!

Meanwile, Seremedy will be kicking off their 2nd Japan tour with their Opening Act Performance at V-Rock Festival. Keep up with Seremedy’s official account for more news on the tour!

Both bands add a unique spin to the V-Rock Festival line-up, putting non-Japanese VK out there alongside some of the genre’s biggest names! If you haven’t got your tickets yet, order them here to catch more outstanding VK than you could fit into a week of concerts with time left over for sightseeing!
